If you plan to build new waste water drainage as part of a dwelling or business and your site is located over 'reactive' soils (class H, E or P site classification), you are required under the Drainage Act to undertake an Articulation Design (certified by an RPEQ). This is to ensure that the below ground pipe joints can accomodate the expected soil movement.

If we successfully find value engineering oppurtunities, our fee becomes a small percentage of the construction savings found, meaning that you never risk a penny, with only scope to save money.
